Vicky hales from Scarborough, Yorkshire and is married to the actor John Rowe. They have two children, Oliver and Annie.

Vicky is a regular visiting Children’s Theatre Director at East 15 Acting School. With 3rd Year Acting Students, she has devised and directed:
2004 - The Ugly Duckling
2005 - The Emperor’s Nightingale
2006 - Hansel and Gretel
2008 - The Firebird

With 2nd year Community Course, she has directed:

Vicky is Vice Chair of Action for Children's Arts which is holding meetings across the UK to deliver ACA's Children's Arts Manifesto. (Download the Manifesto and Conference Report).

Northern Ireland is launching their Manifesto on May 13th.
Scotland is launching their Manifesto in September.
